I grew up in Caracas, Venezuela, a vibrant, densely populated city surrounded by nature. When I moved to Ireland in 2015, I discovered a different architectural style, way of life, and collection of European customs and aesthetics that gradually made me fall in love with my new surroundings.

As a Latina, I grew up with vibrant colours and expressive visual traditions. After moving to Ireland, I began to appreciate the beauty of softer, more muted tones too. I also fell in love with the rituals of everyday life here: tea and biscuits, quiet moments beside a warm fire, cosy corners for knitting, and painting gentle scenes from nature.

These experiences continue to shape my work as a surface pattern designer, watercolour illustrator, and digital illustrator. Through my illustrations, I bring together my colourful Venezuelan roots with the peaceful traditions and aesthetics I’ve discovered in Ireland and across Europe. My work is inspired by botanical details, Cottagecore charm, and Scandinavian simplicity, and is created for applications including textiles, greeting cards, stationery, homeware, and lifestyle products.
