Shipping Policy

I'm a small, handmade business dedicated to creating unique art pieces for you.

Please read my shipping policy to understand how I handle orders:

📦 Order Processing Time:

I process and ship all orders within 2-3 days of purchase.

This allows me to create and package your items with care and attention to detail.

For all items purchased during a pre-order I will keep you updated about the shipping times.

✈️ Shipping Method:

I use standard mail services to keep costs low for my customers. Due to this, I cannot provide tracking numbers for shipments.

I'm currently working on creating a new optional shipping rate for customers that would like to pay a little extra in order to have a tracking number. 😊

🎁 Packaging:

Each item is carefully wrapped to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

I take great care in packaging, but cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

🌍 International Shipping:

I am based in Ireland and I ship to all Europe, UK, Australia, New Zealand and I recently opened deliveries to Canada and United States! Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

⚠️ Lost Packages:

While rare, packages can occasionally get lost in the mail.

Unfortunately, as a small business, I cannot replace lost items free of charge.
